2. If there is a requirement for the temperature rise and fall rate, a cascade refrigeration system is generally used. We all know that the speed of the rapid temperature test chamber can reach 3 ° C, 5 ° C, 10 ° C per minute, etc.


3. The use of a cascade refrigeration system also stabilizes machine performance, saves energy and saves heat, and effectively eliminates heat loss. Therefore, for the experimental load is too large or the heat is too large, it is necessary to use the cascade refrigeration system.


4. Why not all high and low temperature test chambers use cascade refrigeration systems? The cost of double compressor is definitely higher than the cost of a single compressor. Secondly, the equipment manufacturing is certainly more complicated than the single-stage refrigeration system, and the welding process requirements are higher.
